Krystal was born and raised in the small town of Port Perry, Ontario and relocated to Regina with her young family in 2015. She lived in London, Ontario for 4 years, where she obtained her Bachelor’s Degree in Medical Science from Western University. Following her time in London, she relocated to Edmonton, Alberta to begin a career in health insurance. She has also spent over 10 years working in both retail and long-term care pharmacy settings and has had the opportunity to work as a case manager for international insurance providers. Her extensive work in multiple areas of healthcare has allowed her to bring a vast pharmaceutical and medical knowledge to the DCAC team. Krystal began her career at DCAC as a case manager, and has since progressed to writing reconsideration submission and developing client files in preparation for their Social Security Tribunal hearings. Krystal truly enjoys her work as a Senior Submission Writter/SST Co-ordinator and helping to assist those in need.
