1. DCAC is an approved participant in the Law Society of Alberta's Innovation Sandbox and that such participation is limited to managing cases and navigating the complex process for individuals with disabilities who lack resources and knowledge and need assistance with applying for Canada Pension Plan disability benefits including appearing before the Social Security Tribunal.

2. Some protections applicable to legal services provided by Law Society members may be different or may not be available.

3. DCAC's website provides legal information but not legal services or legal advice. Communications between website users and DCAC are not protected by solicitor-client privilege which only applies to communications with DCAC's lawyers. No information contained on the website, in email messages, or in other correspondence sent by DCAC, other than professional legal advice provided during a formal consultation or pursuant to a written retainer agreement, should be constructed as legal advise.

4. The Law Society has not certified and does not endorse the quality of the Services or of DCAC's qualifications, competence, or fitness to provide them.
