Having recently just joined DCAC in 2023, Shannon has had a varied bilingual customer service background including a background in insurance. She was born in Edmonton but raised in Quebec City growing up. She has a diploma in Medical Assistant with Legal and Medical Specialties. She spent several years working with various Pharma companies working as a Patient Support Specialist/Case Manager assisting patients with specialty biologic medications and obtaining approvals through Provincial and Private insurers. Shannon is extremely passionate about patient and client support and puts 150% in everything she does. Outside of work, Shannon has a passion for repurposing, refurbishing and flipping furniture as well as working on renovating her home.
